Terms of service

1. Purpose

Imalyn is a service operated by DUSHAT that lets you convert images into vector graphics and generate images with artificial intelligence. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Plans and billing

The Free plan offers a limited number of total vectorizations to try the product. The Pro and Annual plans offer unlimited use subject to the fair use clause in section 3. All prices are shown with VAT (21%) included. The subscription renews automatically and can be canceled at any time from the account area.

3. Fair use clause

The following clause governs the use of the subscription plans:

The Pro plan is designed for the User’s individual, personal use. DUSHAT reserves the right to suspend, limit or cancel accounts that show an anomalous, automated or multi-person shared usage pattern, or that manifestly exceeds what constitutes reasonable individual use of the service. The following, among others, shall be considered anomalous use: access via scripts or bots, credential sharing, reselling the service, or a sustained request volume incompatible with normal human use. In such cases, DUSHAT will contact the User beforehand to offer a plan suited to their needs before taking any restrictive measures.

4. Acceptable use

The User agrees not to use the service for unlawful purposes, nor to upload content they do not have rights to. The User is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". DUSHAT will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation nor is it liable for the specific results of vectorization.
